Part of the drive is a narrow shelf road. There are only a few places for oncoming traffic to pull over and the vehicle headed uphill has the right of way. Dowhill traffic should make sure each section is clear before proceeding. One vehicle pulling a trailer isn't a problem. Ten vehicles with trailers might be. I suggest a scout vehicle that goes ahead and coordinates with any oncoming traffic.
