I've used the tent on three trips for a total of 12 nights. I added the fly once but it didn't rain. The fabric sides can't be fully closed or moisture accumulates. You'll need to leave the fabric sides open enough to allow cross ventilation. Plan on using an insulated sleeping pad if it's cold outside since the wind blows under the tent. It's not really needed for comfort--I used a thin 3/4 length backpacking pad for a trip with lows in the 50's.
